When using our candles or other scented products, ensure they are in a large, well-ventilated room. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unopened and unused items. If you received a damaged product, please reach out to us right away, and we'll provide a resolution.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping within Canada usually takes 5-7 business days, and U.S. orders can take 7-10 business days. During peak holiday seasons, there may be additional delays.

Absolutely! Once your candle has burned out, clean the jar with warm, soapy water, and it’s ready for a second life.
