 FT Candle Maker Permanent Position - Guelph 

Candle Maker is responsible for:
Primary responsibility is candle production.
  • Assisting with small production *if needed*
  • Cleaning + organizing manufacturing space.
  • Keeping track of supplies and submitting supply forms in a timely manner.
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Working in a very fast paced environment.
  • Lifting up to 45 lbs is required
  • ATTENTION to DETAIL and Quality Control is mandatory.
  • Must be willing to help order packer if necessary.

Added Bonus if you are willing to help retail if necessary
    Full Time Permanent Position Monday - Friday, 8am -4pm 40 hours per week.

    Social Media Specialist - Part Time

    The Scented Market is looking for a creative, self-motivated, driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. The chosen applicants responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing all social media platforms, designing and overseeing content creation and scheduling content.

    Applicant must have:

    • Experience with Facebook Ads + Analytics.
    • Experience will all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube & Pinterest, etc. 
    • Experience Scheduling Social Media Posts on ALL platforms.
    • Photography experience (adobe photoshop/ editing skills considered an asset).
    • SEO + Web development is considered an asset.
    • Experience with PR + Brand Sponsorships considered an asset.

    This role is an in-office position 16 hours per week.

    Part Time Retail Staff - Guelph Location and Blue Mountain Location

    Retail Staff will be responsible for:

    • Greeting customers and responding to all customers’ questions.
    • Process payments by totalling purchases: processing cash, credit, debit, and other forms of payment.
    • Responsible for cash handling during their shift
    • Alerting management of potential security issues, etc.
    • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
    • Opening + closing store duties.
    • Store cleanliness
    • Providing an outstanding customer experience
    • Must be available on weekends and potentially Mondays
