As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand stories and campaigns to life from our Guelph headquarters.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Design & Creative
- Create strong, on brand graphics using Canva
- Design banners, postcards, packaging inserts, signage, and promotional materials
- Develop visual assets for email, web, and social campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all touch points
Content & Social Media
- Film and create engaging social media content
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily social posts
- Write blogs and storytelling content
- Support product launches and campaign messaging
- Capture behind the scenes content in stores and at events
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage a marketing calendar
- Coordinate promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Support the execution of live events and pop ups
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on big picture marketing ideas and growth initiatives
Operations & Organization
- Coordinate calendars and timelines
- Keep projects organized and on track
- Update website content and product listings in Shopify
- Manage details from concept through completion
✅ You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have
- Strong Canva design skills (this is a must)
- Experience with social media content creation and filming
- Excellent writing skills (blogs, captions, emails)
- Shopify experience
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- A proactive, “big thinker” mindset
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- Positive energy and a can do attitude
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Klaviyo (email marketing platform)
- Event or retail marketing experience
- Photography or video editing skills

Part Time Retail Staff - Guelph, Ontario Location
Retail Staff will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and responding to all customers’ questions.
- Process payments by totalling purchases: processing cash, credit, debit, and other forms of payment.
- Responsible for cash handling during their shift
- Alerting management of potential security issues, etc.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Opening + closing store duties.
- Store cleanliness
- Providing an outstanding customer experience
- Must be available on evenings and weekends
MUST be available to work 2 days in a row ( weekdays and/or weekends )
Part-time hours: Approx. 6-8 hours per week
