To keep things consistent, all GLOW Membership candles are freshly hand-poured and shipped out during the first week of every month.
When you sign up, your first box is automatically set for the month you ordered. If you would prefer to push your start date to the following month, simply send an email to our team at info@thescentedmarket.ca and we will gladly adjust it for you!
As soon as your box leaves our workshop during the first week of the month, you’ll receive an automated tracking email so you can follow your candle right to your doorstep.
Not at all! We want GLOW to be a source of pure joy. On our monthly pay-as-you-go plans, you can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your online account profile before your next billing cycle.
Your first order is charged the day you sign up. For monthly subscriptions, recurring payments are automatically billed on the 1st of every month.
(Note: If you purchased the Yearly Membership, you are charged once in full upon checkout for the entire year, so you won't see recurring monthly charges!)
Our Yearly Membership lets you pay upfront for 12 months of GLOW to Save 10%! You’ll receive your Scent of the Month every single month just like regular members, but at our absolute lowest per-candle rate.
Absolutely! Your Yearly Membership runs for 12 consecutive months starting from the month you sign up. For example, if you join in November 2026, your membership will run through November 2027.
You do not need to wait for a new calendar year to join; you will get 12 full months of hand-poured Scent of the Month deliveries no matter when you sign up!

Yes! You can purchase individual jars of the Scent of the Month separately as long as quantities are available. Just click the scent in the list above to grab extra jars! Because these are limited-edition, small-batch creations, they do sell out fast.
If you know you will always want extra jars, we recommend upgrading to our Twin Flames (2 candles) or The Glow Collective (3 candles) tiers so you always have backups locked in!
To keep our scent lineup fresh and evolving, each Scent of the Month is locked away in our Vault once the month ends or the batch sells out. That means once it's retired, it won't be available for individual purchase!
