Social Media Specialist - Part Time
The Scented Market is looking for a creative, self-motivated, driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. The chosen applicants responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing all social media platforms, designing and overseeing content creation and scheduling content.
Applicant must have:
- Experience with Facebook Ads + Analytics.
- Experience will all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube & Pinterest, etc.
- Experience Scheduling Social Media Posts on ALL platforms.
- Photography experience (adobe photoshop/ editing skills considered an asset).
- SEO + Web development is considered an asset.
- Experience with PR + Brand Sponsorships considered an asset.
This role is an in-office position 16 hours per week.

Retail Staff will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and responding to all customers’ questions.
- Process payments by totalling purchases: processing cash, credit, debit, and other forms of payment.
- Responsible for cash handling during their shift
- Alerting management of potential security issues, etc.

- Opening + closing store duties.

Assistant Retail Store Manager - Blue Mountain, Collingwood
The assist store manager provides leadership /management of the sales team and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, making sure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors sales targets
- Opening and closing the store and making Bank deposit
- Ensures that that the merchandising and store standards are in line with the company guidelines
- Motivating sales teams to achieve a common goal/sales targets
- Training, and supervising sales team
- Creating work schedule with Manager
- Managing Inventory
- Managing Store expenses
- Managing Store Events
Qualifications and characteristics
You have:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a successful history of training employees and guiding them to success
- Proven track record of successfully managing both client and team relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Necessary computer skills, including Excel, spreadsheets, customer databases

- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multi- task, especially at peak selling/shipping times
- Passionate about product and customer service
- Adept at learning new systems (Shopify, WhatsApp etc.)
