1. What is the Glow Membership, and how does it work?
The Glow Membership is a subscription program that ensures you never miss out on our exclusive Scent of the Month candles. Each month, we create a limited-edition soy candle with a unique scent, available only for 30 days. While anyone can purchase these candles, Glow Members enjoy guaranteed access, with their candle(s) shipped directly to their door for free during the first week of the month.
As a member, you’ll have the option to select from three plans:
- Glow Getter: One candle per month
- Twin Flames: Two candles per month
- Glow Collective: Three candles per month
Additional perks include birthday discounts, early access to seasonal collections, and much more. Whether you’re a devoted candle lover or looking for thoughtful gifts, the Glow Membership is designed to make your life a little brighter.
2. How do I sign up for the Glow Membership?
You can sign up for the Glow Membership in-store, online, or through our mobile app.
- In-store: Ask one of our helpful staff members to assist you.
- Online or via the app: Use the search bar to find “Glow Membership.” Select your plan — Monthly or Yearly — and choose the number of candles you’d like:
- Glow Getter (1 candle/month)
- Twin Flames (2 candles/month)
- Glow Collective (3 candles/month)
Click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout. Don’t forget to select shipping — it’s FREE with your membership!
3. How much does the Glow Membership cost?
The cost depends on whether you choose the Monthly or Yearly plan and the number of candles you’d like to receive:

4. What candles does the membership include?
The membership includes our Scent of the Month candles — limited-edition creations available for just one month. These are some of our most coveted scents, and once they sell out, they’re gone for good!
5. When will I receive my candle(s) each month, and is shipping included?
Your candle(s) will ship for FREE, and you can expect them to arrive during the first week of each month.
6. What happens if I don’t like the scent I receive?
If the scent isn’t to your liking, consider gifting it to a friend or loved one who might enjoy it. It’s always fun to share the glow!
7. Can I gift the Glow Membership to someone else or reassign it temporarily?
Absolutely! You can gift the membership when signing up by entering the recipient’s address at checkout. If you need to reassign the membership later, email us at info@thescentedmarket.ca, and we’ll make the necessary changes for you.
8. What happens if I move — can I update my delivery address?
Yes! Please email us at info@thescentedmarket.ca with your updated address. Be sure to contact us at least a week before the start of the new month to ensure a smooth delivery.
9. Can I cancel or pause my membership if I need to?
Yes, as long as the candle(s) for that month haven’t already been shipped. To cancel or pause your membership, email us at info@thescentedmarket.ca. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for candles that have already been shipped.
10. I just bought a Glow Membership! Can I come pick up my Scent of the Month candle in-store?
One of the perks of the Glow Membership is free shipping directly to your door. For this reason, we do not offer in-store pickups for membership orders.
