The Grand Opening of Our Blue Mountain Store

Saturday October 14th, 2023 was the Grand Opening of our new Scented Market store in the Blue Mountain Village of Ontario, CA!

One of our Founder and CEO Kristy Miller’s biggest goals over the past four years was to open a Scented Market store in the Village. Being able to reach this goal in the fall of 2023 felt “incredible,” she says.

“Seeing the sign go up on the Blue Mountain storefront was very impactful and inspiring!” 

Kristy and our entire team thank our candle community (including YOU reading this right now!) for their love and support — It is something that we will forever be grateful for!

That morning, Mayor Andrea Matrosovs and Deputy Mayor Peter Bordignon of the Town of the Blue Mountains, plus the President of the Blue Mountain Village Association Andrew Siegwart, welcomed us to the Village with a ribbon cutting ceremony and Town Certificate!

We were also joined by friends, family, members of our candle community, and some new friendly faces. We really felt the love and support and were so grateful for all who could join us to make this day even more special! 

After the ceremony, Kristy welcomed everyone inside to check out the store.

The store has a few unique features that set it apart from other Scented Market stores, such as a totally selfie-worthy bubble wall and a fun Walk-in Candle Making Class! The candle making class gives you one hour to pour an 8 oz Scented Soy Candle, all supplies included. You get to choose your own scent, experience the fun of pouring a candle, and then keep it for yourself or give it to a loved one as a special gift!

We were so happy to see the excitement on our visitors’ faces as they enjoyed all of the different products, scents, and — of course — the bubble wall! We hope everyone indulges in some well-deserved self-care with their new goodies.

It was an amazing day and we are so excited for this next chapter of our journey as part of the beautiful Blue Mountain Village.

If you haven’t visited the store yet, we encourage you to stop by! You will find it at 170 Jozo Weider Blvd. in the Blue Mountain Village.  The store’s hours are Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
