Product Care

Candle Care:Burn within sight, away from flammable objects, children and pets. Burn on a heat safe surface. Avoid drafts. For best results, burn until wax melts evenly across, do not exceed 4 hours. Keep the wax pool free of debris. Keep wick centered and trim to ¼” each time the candle is lit. Stop the candle when ½” of wax remains. Do not move or touch while hot.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping within Canada usually takes 5-7 business days, and U.S. orders can take 7-10 business days. During peak holiday seasons, there may be additional delays.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Candles must be unused with all original packaging intact. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set. Exclusions may apply.

Are your candles pet safe?

Scented soy candles, on their own, do not pose immediate health risks to pets. Concerns with essential oils typically arise from ingestion or direct skin contact. When using our candles or other scented products, ensure they are in a large, well-ventilated room. If accidental ingestion occurs, contact your veterinarian or an after-hours veterinary clinic immediately. Check out our blog on pet safety

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unopened and unused items. If you received a damaged product, please reach out to us right away, and we'll provide a resolution.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I reuse my candle jars?

Absolutely! Once your candle has burned out, clean the jar with warm, soapy water, and it’s ready for a second life.

So far, so good! I love the July scented candle - Summer Berry Bliss is just that, love the smell, and I look forward to a surprize every month corresponding with the seasons.

Just started a membership and eager to see where it goes. I am really enjoying the Chocolate Covered Strawberries scent, and am looking forward to seeing what comes next! It would be nice if it included some sort of card, or 'extra' with the box.
